In her lifetime, she released seven studio albums which include 11 #1 hits. Some of the massive hits in her catalog include the Dolly Parton cover "I Will Always Love You," as well as "I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)" and "Greatest Love of All."

A few short years later after Houston, Mariah Carey was born in 1970 in New York. At the age of 20, the singer would release her debut album which had four #1 hits. Over her 28 year career, the singer has had an impressive 18 #1 singles.
